relaxation oscillator

Hi all, anyone can give help for downloading some paper about relaxation oscillator? I will design a 6M circuit with low power dissipation (30uA) and +-10% over PVT. Thanks

I think relaxation oscillators are used in dc-dc converters.
u can find the design procedure in those papers also
