Relation between CTS and OCV

What is the relation between CTS and OCV? How much is the influence of these parameters in Area increase?

For setup, OCV uses SLOW slews for the launch path, and FAST slews for capture path, where as for hold it's the opposite i.e. fast slews for launch and slow slews for capture..

OCV has a major impact on CTS, As Sharif mentioned in the previous post, Launch path is considered best and capture as worst and vice versa. This means additional buffers will be needed for optimizing for setup as well as hold resulting in addition of area.
