I want to know that how to calculate dynamic power in 6T sram cell using hspice?

Run the SRAM with a high frequency (near its max. frequency), measure its supply current, multiply with its supply voltage, then divide this dynamic power by the operating frequency. Now you have a reasonable frequency-dependent dynamic power figure (in µW/MHz).
