In dependence of EM(S12), there is a rejection, does anybody know why there is a rejection? This is not repeated by dependence of the extracted equivalent model.

This S21 resonance is from the inductor's self resonance (inductor L + parasitic parallel C). Your inductor equivalent circuit model should have this capacitor, and you should see the S21 resonance.

If you don't see this, your equivalent circuit model might be too simplistic.
