Regulated Power Supply and Opto Isolator

First time posting in this forum, so please excuse if this it the wrong category or if this has been discussed before. I did look around a bit without any success of finding an answer.

Also, I'm pretty much a hobbiest, so please be gentle!



Using a regulated power supply, is it still a good idea to use some type of isolator for the circuit?

the power supply is: SLS-24-072T


This drives 8 separate solenoid relays via 8 DRV102T chip circuits.

My first thought was a MOSFET (already inserted in pcb layout on blog) or iso coupler, but thought I'd check with folks who know better and see if this was really warranted in this situation!?.
