hi i am using the n+ and P+ non silicide resistor.
it has given three terminal in its symbol.
two terminal is for the two terminal of resistor
but whre i connect the third terminal either vdd or vss and why.
please revert

You have to see the layout. If the third terminal is substrate -> connect to ground. If it's an NWELL you can connect to either ground or vdd.

this is P+ poly and N+ poly resistors.
so where the conncetion for the third terminal of that resitor go either vdd or vss

the third terminal is used to represent reference node for parasitic capacitance(poly-oxide-body).... u can tie it to VDD or VSS for poly resistor case... but for island resistor , u have to bias it in such a way that it doesn't forward bias the parasitic diode.....

Yes, the third terminal is the silicon under poly resistor. It will behaves a parasite cap.
