regarding terminating leads for hybrid circuit

Hi!

I am looking for a source for terminating leads for a hybrid circuit being designed by me.

This lead should have a 100/1000pf capacitance whose body is grounded to circuit ground. I believe this is used for emi suppression. It is known as feedthru capacitor.

Any source for procuring this component or any other information would be appreciated.
