Legalization is a step that makes sure no cell overlaps other cells. You don't run it, the tool does it internally.

Hi Sam,

Is there any step legalization in the Floor Plan or the Tool will take care of it may i know Please

Legalization is a step within placement, not within floorplaning. There are commands to check if the floorplan is valid (on grid and non-overlapping), however.
