Regarding Get2Chip RTL synthesis tool

Get2Chip??

The RTL synthesys seems to be good - as C@dence has acquired the company. Does someone uses or know something about it?
 

Either it is good, or they just want to elliminate competition????
 

Syn0psys is the competition...

For what I've read - they should care ...
 

anybody is using this tool? can anybody introduce it here?
