Regarding excitation in cpw feed antenna

How to make cpw waveport . I am confused .Should we make coax comming out of substrate as it is there in fabricated structure or we make a rectangle that is there in most of tutorials on cpw .what to make????Which will give better results
 

we do not use coaxial in CPW feed antenna.
Do you have any paper based on CPW feed? upload it and then I will be better understand what you want to tell? or ask simply and clearly what you trying to ask?
