Hi
I am doing an EMI filter to comply with Aero standard MIL-STD-461E/F.
I am collecting the spice models of the filter elements - capacitors, Inductors/chokes. I am new to this type of simulation with Pspice. Is this do-able?

I also have doubts regarding input noise function modelling. Is there any other apt tool for simulating this filter for EM compliance?

yes. This is very much doable in PSpice. I think you shall be able to achieve your goals include noise analysis with PSpice.
