Does anyone know of any useful reference designs or papers for USB Type-C battery charging applications? I've never worked with a battery system charged from USB before, and so I'm a little unclear about the EMC requirements and what kind of filtering and circuit protection might be required. Also not aware of what sort of charge controllers are considered a good value, or have features that are really useful. Thanks!

Some information about the system:

Peak power: 15W
Standby Power: 3W
Est. Battery capacity: 15Wh
Max Utilization Voltage in system: 5V
