How can we implement RSC in matlab??? Can we use convenc function to get recursive systematic convolutional encoded bits???
For example i have data bits =[1 0 1 1 0 1 0 1]
I want to pass this data from 2/3 RSC encoder . How can i do this and what will be the encoded data????
