Anyone know which RF transceiver in the market that is easy to use and reasonable price?

i building a wireless speedometer.i need to send a sensor output(PWM) from the tire to a receiver that located at the dashboard.

I think you need to determine at what frequency you want to operate your device or you are allowed to operated devices.
Most possibly if you want to run your system in unlicensed 400MHz or 900MHz ISM band, I think lots of IC vendors have off-the-shelf correspoding devices, say MAXIM for example.
