Re: Least pin 8052 uC

AT89C2051 = 20 pin 2K flash memory, 128 byte RAM, 24 MHz xtal, Vcc=2.7-6.0 Volt
AT89C4051 = 20 pin 4K flash memory, 128 byte RAM, 24 MHz xtal, Vcc=2.7-6.0 Volt

AT89S2051 = 20 pin 2K flash memory, 256 byte RAM, 24 MHz xtal, Vcc=2 .7-5.5 Volt, ISP
AT89S4051 = 20 pin 4K flash memory, 256 byte RAM, 24 MHz xtal, Vcc=2 .7-5.5 Volt, ISP

Use regular Atmel AT89 series Flash Programmer
Vcc=2.7 Volt mean can directly connect AT89x051 to cellphone RX/TX

Least pin 8052 uC

NXP has LPC901/902/903/906/907/908, all are 8-pin. With the internal oscillator you can use up to 6 I/O pins.
For programming, you can use the MCB900 from Keil and an adapter that you can order @ www.lpctools.com
Software that comes with the MCB900 is good for 4k code size. The devices can store up to 1k code and 128 bytes SRAM.

TINY series is from AVR family, not 8051/52.
