hi,
what paper are the good or classical LNA article?
Thanks a lot!

lna + paper

maybe you can search it from IEEE Papers, Study Papers
Special dedicated area for IEEE Papers or on web of IEEE

Re: good LNA paper

some articles in the reference of RF and MW books about LNA design

Re: good LNA paper

Thanks, but I have no access to read the IEEE paper

good LNA paper

Hi,

I'd like to recommend this one, really classical. "A 1.5-V, 1.5-GHz CMOS Low Noise Amplifier"
By Derek K. Shaeffer and Thomas H. Lee.

Wish this could help you some.

Re: good LNA paper

Yes, Shaeffer and Thomas H. Lee 's LNA paper is the most famous one, almost all CMOS LNA design refer to it.

Re: good LNA paper

do you have any suggesttions on 900MHz LNA
i must design a LNA for GSM 900 mobile but still don't know where to start.
thanks a lot

Re: good LNA paper

get to know ur LNA's performance and find Thomas H lee's book.
Follow the equations and caculate use ur model..
Then simulate.
After some time with the circuits, u would get familiar with them.
