recieve local radio transmission and listen it on computer

Please help me on this project.
SPECIFICATION:
1)I want to control a AM reciever circuit with computer so that I recieve local radio transmission and listen the recieving signals on computer's sound card.
2)Since i want to listen on computer so help me controlling sound card
3)I want to tune channels by computer.

You might want to consider a basic tv capture card with integrated radio. In UK £35 will get u one with remote control
