Hi, My question concerns induction cooker: Could anyone help me please to find out how could I read the binary code which sends the signal from one microcontroller to another after klicking ON/OFF ( +/-) keypad? On the motherboard there is the microcontroller HIGHWAY 09A C001J0005GY and on the control panel HIGHWAY-C210F01 C034K00EPG2 Is it possible to do it using interface UART?... or is there any other possibility? Please find below the pictures and description.

You would use a logic analyzer and look to see if it decodes into
a "standard" serial protocol, like SPI, I2c, One Wire, UART.

Most modern scopes have this capability, at minimum to trigger off
keypad and capture/examine the serial stream.

Regards, Dana.

Not SPI because only two signal lines available. Why do you exclude I2C?

We would use an oscilloscope to decode the communication. Attention: Control circuit is apparently grid connected and carries dangerous contact voltage. Use a safety isolation transformer or equivalent methods for isolated measurement.
