Real time data plot in MATLAB

Hello,
Anyone can help me plot data real time in MATLAB. Using UART I am first sending data from my microcontroller to PC. Then I read the data from COM port in MATLAB. Now I would like to plot the data in real time. For clarification it's continuous flow of data.
