Hello All,
I am trying to restore an old communication equipment, which has a magnetic head with attached image.
Can anyone help in identifying its type and what circuit will be used to get its data.

I guess you mean it's a tape head? To read computer data? It produces a signal of low amplitude (comparable to a microphone), so apply high gain.

When you play the tape expect the data to be a buzzing noise. If you slow it down I believe you'll hear a few cycles of one frequency, then a few cycles of a different frequency. Ones and zeroes.
