How to read an image in the sram memory? Is there any library files? where shall i get these library files? any websites for these?

Verilog isn't a software language so there isn't much of a push for "libraries" like you find for software languages. What you have instead is IP cores. And I already told you where to look for no cost ones. If it isn't there then buy one or write one yourself.
