RC circuits analysis help

hii , I have a small doubt regarding the analysis of RC circuits intuitively . here is the following code


*Simple RC circuit
Vs 1 0 PWL(0 0 .001 1 15 1)
R1 1 2 2
C1 1 2 2
C2 2 0 4
.TRAN .01 15
.PROBE
.END

and the graph plotted for node voltages V(2) and voltage across C1 is combined attached

Can you please explain me how do we get the node voltages at the steady state here , as from the graph it says v(2) and V(C1) finally at steady state is .8 v and .2 v respectively .. Please explain me how do we get it intuitively this value ..
