Hi,
I am simulating a Nand flash controller which supports 2gb Micron memory model.

In Random Read command sequence, should the command for Random Read be given after completely reading out the current page OR it can be given in the middle of the current page.

When i issue the random read command after the page read sequence, i get only ff from the newly given column address instead of the actual data present in that page.

Please let me know what are the things to be taken care while issuing the Random read command for Nand flash.
The new column address which i give is in the same page only. The timings are proper and The random write is also happening properly.
