Hello, i need to design radio powered transmitter??(SMALL for security purposes).

Hi,
Do you mean electromagnetic waves to power your device? If so, you should use an inductor to do this.But i think if you build a *small* device, you can not power your device like this.Because your device is small and your inductor must be big, your powering electromagnetic waves must be very violent.Try and let us know.
