Hello,
I have designed this quick and dirty DSB transceiver which should work for all HF bands.
The first chip is a ne602 and the second an lm386.
A LPF and an HF amplifier is all it needs to become a real transceiver.
The TX/RX scheme is performed by a dual pole single throat switch, I could not think of a simpler scheme.
Although it is direct conversion DSB, it can be used as a quick way to get on HF very cheaply.
I would like your comments and suggestions about it or any ideas you may have.

Such designs are often used for QRP operation. Serious designers want the generated spectrum pure, so filters are added.
Are you a licensed radio amateur? If not, you would breach the law and if you cause interference, you can be prosecuted by law agency.

Yes I am a licensed radio amateur.
In QRP levels DSB is not much of a problem, as far as concern the spectrum. what I am talking here is 1W or so. The key clicks of a non well designed CW station can cause much broader interference than DSB anyway.
However at the time I waited for a reply to this thread, I read that a DSB transmitter can be received from an SSB receiver but not from a DSB receiver. This is because the DSB receiver receives both sidebands and the audio result is catastrophic. Not much to say, this feature alone makes my design bad. We all learn by experimenting...
