Questions regarding FM:

Are the following propagation models : Okumura/Hata , COST 231, IMT-2000 applicable for designing FM radio networks?
What parameters are used while designing FM radio Networks?
What models are used?
Any experiments , and experimental data?
Any references, e.g. research papers, pHD theses?
Any ebooks, software packages?
Plse help!
