tools/dfii/bin/amslibcompile: not found

I try to install IC610 on Ubuntu8.04.
But when configuring the OA, the error show up:

/media/linux/ic610/install/tmp/SftShrLic.exe: 40: share/license/configure: not found

/media/linux/ic610/install/tmp/amsEnv61.00-p001lnx86.exe: 20: tools/dfII/bin/amsLibCompile: not found

How should I deal with this?
Is there anyone who has installed IC610 on Ubuntu8.04 successfully?

Please help me,thanks.

What command do you use?
It seems that you did not specify the software installation directory, that is /media/linux/ic610.

use red hat RHEL as 3 update9,no problem.
