questions about a schematic diagram,please help!!!

Some one Please help me understand this schematic diagram!


I have two questions want to ask.
The first one : C1 10u/6v3 What is it meaning?
The second one : 14=VCC, 7= GND What is it meaning?

First question:
10u/6V3 means you should find a 10 micro farad capacitor with maximum voltage of 6.3V. If you can't find it, use 10u/10V, or 16V instead.

Second question:
Pin number 14 of the 74HC125D should be connected to VCC and pin number 7 should be connected to ground.
