Question with installation of Cadence IC 5033 on Linux RH7.3

I have read some posts about cadence installation on Linux.
Thank you for these useful posts.
but when I have installed 48%, this error pops up.
" loading icms50.33-p111lnx86 5 image not found
SL-11: Error loading software ...
Refer to /tmp/load.msg2 for loading "

Is there some people meeting this problem? Can any expert give some advice?

It seems that file you are installing has errors.
Maybe your CD media has some problems while being read.

I have found the problem and solved it.

Added after 5 minutes:

But there's another problem
when I installed the "IC5003 lnx86 ISR 200402060002 CDROM # 1 and 2", another CDROM is required "IC5003 lnx86 P/N 356-70352-0301 CDROM # 1 ".
but there are totally 2 installation disc of cadence ic5003.
dose anyony know what's this THIRD disc?

Your CD set is the hotfix CDs, you need to have another set, it's the base CDs set

Your CD set is the hotfix CDs, you need to have another set, it's the base CDs set

What this hotfix mean? My installation set is not a full-function set?
and where can i find the base CDs set? how many discs the base CDs set have?

Did the error message always appear at fixed time? i.e. the 48%, in this case i think that you may have corrupted CDs.

Hot fix means the update set of software. Your installation medias are not complete. You need another 3 Baseline CDs for IC5033 lnx86.

for your installation, you need six cds, 3 bases and 3 isr (or other type of fix), unless you just want to install base only, in such case, only 3 bases cd arerequied, if you start your installation from isr, then you need all these 6 cds.
