I have worked on the same problem like you. You have to derive the real and imaginary part of Ti and Tr and then from this two T.
You can get the magnitude of T like sqrt(Re(T)*Re(T)+Im(T)*Im(T)) and phase atan(Im(T)/Re(T)).
In an attachment is a file with Middlbrooks method and postprocesing for awanwaves. That example is from Tuinenga's book about Pspice.
