I have a Cadence schematic view and its Layout. I also have a Calibre RC extracted view. There is a pmos device M20 in my schematic and I would like to see the voltage on the gate of M20.
How do I map the gate of M20 from the schematic view to that in the Calibre RC extracted view ???
Can someone help ?

I am not sure how to do this. I tried to see the voltage of gate of M20 pmos device which is inside a hierarchy. Can you explain the procedure ?
It seems the Calibre extracted view assigns a different net name .

Sure, like any extracted view. If I remember well, the cross-mapping feature is somewhere in the LVS menu. See the Cādence docu.
