question in I-V Curve for HMC8500PM5E ic (analog device gan power amplfier)

hello dears!

There is a strange thing about the I-V curve of this IC:
The Drain current shows a negative value (not positive!) and, at most V-GS voltage!
Where is the problem with the bias circuit that I set up?!
While the bias circuit is simple and I think that's right?!
I have attached a picture of the bias circuit and its response.
