The path delay is the sum of cell delay and net delay, both these two delays are related to cap loading which consist of wire cap load and input cap load, how does Astro estimate the wire length and extract wire cap at pre-route stage such as placement or CTS? What factors will be considered when Astro estimate wire length? Are there any log file or report to show this process in details? thanks.

it use a wire load model
