In respect extraction answer the following
a)what to do you mean by absolute and percentage threshold for capacitance .
b)can we have temperature specific extraction .
c)Is extraction possible even after we get unclean LVS If yes which error are permitted ?
 

b, we can have the temperature specific extraction.
c, Some floating such as psub_StampError can be ignored to run extraction.
 

a, you can modify the LVS file to get that work.
 

Hey how to give temperature specific extraction using calibre
 

you can just select the RCextrac in maxmum mode or minimun mode.
