question about pll noise ,thanks
we have designed a pll, with nearly 4ps RMS jitter with OSC measured. but with the Spectrum Analyzer ,the phase noise has the different value in the different frequency point .
we want to know the different of the RMS jitter and phase noise: RMS jitter ,only a value ,but the phase noise has the different value in the different frequency point . why ?
thank you

I know the define of the rms jitter and phase noise ,
but I want to know the relation of the rms jitter and phase noise.
one of paper said the rms jitter is the integral of the phase noise, but from which offset frequency?
and according to the test result, this relation is no true. why ?
thank you !
