HI,

I have designed some microwave structure on CMOS Si chip. I used the substrate model provided by the foundry, and do the simulation in ADS momentum. But the testing result and simulation result are totally different. Does anyone have some experience on this? Thank you.

There may be hundreds av reasons why simulations in Momentum doesn't agree with the linear simulations. As it may be difficult to help you without seeing your ADS design files, including the foundry library, I would suggest you zap your design files and send them directly to the foundry support as attach to an email. In my opinion they are generally very helpful. Which foundry are you using?

I am using MOSIS. Will they help me check? Thanks.

Hi danda821,
