Question about installing usr5 of ic5141

Dear everyone,
I have installed USR4, and I want to update to USR5, do i need to uninstall usr4 first then install usr5? or just install usr5 directly don't care about the previous installed usr4??
Thanks for your help!
 

just run the setup file (install.sh)from usr5 dir and select upgrade mode during installation.
