I am running a DRACULA LPE job, and the program was aborted by power - ground short error when proceeding. But the GDS file can pass LVS check. What's the probable reason?

check you lvs rule file?

The product has been fab out, and can work correctly. So there should not be power-ground short problem, and the LVS rule file should be OK.
Is it LPE rule file's problem?

Check the error messages in the manual,
verify with the LPE rule file

Did u use DRACULA for LVS?
Divide and conquer.
use a simple inverter to check your rule deck first.
