Question about DPF (Device Parameter Format)

Hello,

I read that I can back-annotated the geometric device data to the pre-layout hierarchical netlist with a DPF (device parameter format) netlist.

I can not find any syntax or site how I can create this DPF file.
Do you have few samples of DPF files? Do you know any site where I can find the spec for DPF? I have looked at google and ieee, but no use.
