Hi, I want to design and implement Doherty power amplifier at 250 MHz-400 MHz frequency range, can I implement in this frequency range? Can I use microstrip lines? or I only can implement with lumped elements?!?

It's a bit difficult because Doherty structures are pretty narrowband systems and I don't hope that'll work in this wideband range.Even it works, you may not obtain desired efficieny.

Thank u for your answer, my center frequency is 325 MHz, and I want to design narrowband doherty power amp, so can I implement this with lumped elements?
