clock A is input clock, clock B is divided from clock A, where does the clock tree set?

During building of a "clock tree" as u said clock B is also from clockA.... in specificationfile for building clock tree, there is some thing called THROUGHPIN to which v define this clockB. so that a clock tree is built for A in which B also comes under///
