question about Class A amplifier

Dear all
this is a similified schematic,so does somebody know why the red waveform will become low(lower than -15v, using a -17v power) when the input AC voltage is positive?I mean the input amplitude is only 0.2v,the mosfet M4 should be always on in my opinion.

also I changed the input voltage from AC to DC 2V,and I also found the similar problem?
