Hi,

I am a new user of AMSP35HV. When I run the simulation of the NMOS50H model, it keeps showing the following notices.
M0.mosinsub: `ckappa' has the unusual value of 1.845.
M0.mosinsub: `xpart' has the unusually small value of 500e-03.
M0.mosinsub: `jsw' has the unusual value of 600 fA/m.
M0.xj1.rnjfetinsub: `beta' has the unusually large value of 1.18151 mA/V^2.
M0.xdw.diodeinsub: `xti' has the unusually small value of -3.138.

Can anyone explain what these notices mean? In my case, Vgs is kept constant and I run the dc simulation for Id vs. Vds.

Thanks a lot.
