ADS question

Every time I open a new project in ADS I can only see the ususal components on the left: lumped components, various simulation tools,etc.But when I open demo projects, I can see a new objects at left, various models, for example FFT module. Please see the attached images.
How can I switch between these "groups"?

Re: ADS question

Hi,

you got those panels u got because you chose to start a "DSP network" project. If you want the panels in the bottom picture, choose "Analog/RF network" project. You'll see this option when u click: file\new design and look at "type of network" :)

The default setting may have been set when you first run ADS. Shd be able to change the default to Analog/RF networks under "preferences".

Regards!

@DS question

you can alter the preference of the software default setting. and so you can easily use them.
