Dear everyone

I was wondering if someone here could tell me how small the complete RFID tag can be? If I want to have an RFID Tag at 13 MHz or 2.45 GHz to occupy no more than 2cm by 1cm of space or equivalent to the size of a mobile phone sim-card.

Is 13 MHz and 2.45 GHz achievable? I think 13 MHz is not possible due to the size of the antenna required. While 2.45 GHz may just be possible!

Thank in advance!
