hi to all

Is anyone used the components of MINICIRCUIT?

in the datasheets of Frequency mixer (Upconverters) and frequency multiplier, no BANDWIDTH is mentioned.

can anyone who has used the components of minicircuit confirm that how much bandwidth these components can handle.

I don't understand your problem. All of these components are specified with frequency ranges and frequency dependant performance parameters, e.g. conversion loss versus frequency. So what are you missing exactly?

check the datasheet here

the IF frequency is 0.1-800MHz. but it misses that how much BW of this frequency the upconverter can bear.

for example, My IF is 200-800MHz and any LO, it will upconvert it????????? it 600MHz BW

The mixer is obviously wideband, so why shouldn't it "bear" 600 MHz IF BW?

Practically, the datasheet can't give data for all possible combinations of IF and LO frequencies and levels. But there are additional graphs along with the datasheet.

Mixer product or output will not have constant amplitude over output frequency band if this bothers you.
All IF frequency band 0.1-800MHz can be at LO 1.2GHz shifted on frequency band 1.200.1-2000 MHz.
But constant IF amplitude will on output vary with frequency. Greater IF bandwidth will have greater amplitude variation on output.
Standard IF bandwidths are narrow band comparing to possible output bandwidth of your mixer.
