query about temerature sensors

I want to develop ARM microcontroller based data acquisition system.
Can anyone suggest me ICs for -
1. Temperature sensor for liquid measurement
2. Temperature sensor for body temperature measurement
Please, it's urgent
 

Probably, the most versatile temperature sensors are RTDs and thermocouples.

Application note on thermocouple measurements http://cds.linear.com/docs/Application Note/an28.pdf . AD596, AD597 are some of the available ICs for thermocouple signal conditioning.

This should get you started.
