Queries on Accepting Papers and reviewing papers in Journals

Sir,
I have the following doubts on the Journal papers
(1) Howlong journal editor to take time for rejecting the papers in the editorial board itself in standard journals
(2) What time standard(such IEEE journal, Elsevier,Springer, Thomson Reuters indexed)journals will take to review the papers.
(3) Howlong standard journals will take publishing papers after accepting the papers
(4)Overall time Howlong they will take editorial accept, reviewing, accepting,and publishing papers in a standard journals.
