Quectel M95 - setting emitted power or power control level (PCL)

Hi
I would like to control manually the trasmitted power from Quectel M95.
For my understanding, Quectel M95 automatically choose the emitted power on the basis of the signal received from the base station.
Is there an AT Command which allow to set the TX power manually?
Thanks a lot your help!!!
