I have designed a SIW resonator in HFSS and would like to plot the quality factor versus frequency, I'd like to vary parameters and plot how Q changes.
can you show me how, please?

You can plot Quality factor vs Frequency using customized equation:
Q=im(Z(1,1))/re(Z(1,1))
